Outsourcing


I just heard on the radio this morning that there is a Wendy's in Burbank, CA that is outsourcing their drive thru. Meaning that someone in New Hampshire is taking the freakin orders and part of their job is to try to "upsale" items. I mean come on is that neccassary??? It is taking the whole "you want fries with that" just a tad too far.
