I feel like shit. thats all there is to it. I had no idea I was getting sick again. Maybe thats because whenever I get any kind of indication that I am getting a cold I double up on vitimans and start loading up my body with medicine. I haven't actually had the full on cold this year, just the makings of one here and there. Usually right before something fun. Like Mardi Gras. Anyway I woke up at 4 AM this morning with an achey sore throat, body aches and a stopped up head. Taking allergy medicine has helped.....but not with everything. I feel like my head is going to explode. I am gonna go home and sleep. I hope.
