Flooding in NE

What is up with all the crazy weather lately? After the thing last year....it is dry here. Not much rain at all. Not even the afternoon showers. Rain being dumped all over the NE now. Maybe mother nature is just taking turns on devestation in the country. Who knows. Anyway....Lisa and fam need to come stay down here for awhile. Perfect opportunity.
