So confused

I know why my body refuses to shake this cold. It is because of the weather outside. We have been going from warm to cold and back to warm in just days. Today? Its 74, humid, rainy, thunder, lighting, and now there is a severe wind warning. Winds up to 40 mph this afternoon/evening. Good times. Our power was knocked out around 3 this morning. A few days ago? It was freezing here. Everyone was all bundled up, it actually felt like winter. It is suppose to stay in the mid to low 60s during the day for the next week or so. That should help. I hope.
